Pokemon is doing one of the strangest collaborations of 2020, and that is making an appearance in space to celebrate the new year with the Japanese Kibo Space Module. The entire stream will be going live on December 31st, as New Year's Eve begins. The popular media giant has been around for nearly 25 years now and has had a successful year, with recent DLCs for its latest entry, Pokémon Sword and Shield, as well as multiple new events on Pokémon GO. Pokémon has become such a big hit that people can even buy Pokemon-themed furniture. While Pokémon has made appearances in multiple different pop-culture events, such as the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade and other holiday celebrations around the world, none have been quite as interesting to learn about as this one.More...
