Beetlejuice 2 will notably reunite Jenna Ortega and Tim Burton after Wednesday season 1, but there are several more figures from the hit Netflix series joining the actor and director on the upcoming horror movie sequel. While Tim Burton was initially scouted to direct The Addams Family movie from 1991, the filmmaker wouldn’t put his spin on the classic horror-comedy franchise until Wednesday season 1 in 2022. The success of this venture, led by Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, would ultimately mark Burton’s comeback, which he’s taking further by bringing Ortega along for Beetlejuice 2’s cast and long-awaited story.
