The ability of the DMR to completely wipe out entire teams is hurting playability and severely restricts the features of the game's countless other weapons, especially since a new arsenal has been added through the integration of Black Ops Cold War. All of this suggests that players are not satisfied with the job of the latest patch, which was introduced to bring balance to some of the game's more potent weapons, including the disputed DMR 14.
