The Legend of Zelda is one of Nintendo’s most beloved first-party franchises and this year marks 35 years since the Kingdom of Hyrule and its plucky tunic-clad hero first graced gaming consoles across the globe. Many fans of The Legend of Zelda series have been hoping for more news on the upcoming sequel to Breath of the Wild, 2017’s Game of the Year, as part of Nintendo’s celebrations this year.
